' I will renew my contract with Victory ' says Imran

Male', MALDIVES - Victory and national team keeper Imran Mohamed has decided to renew his contract with Victory. The no. one keeper in Maldives had a link with AFC Cup semi finalist New Radiant this time, but Imran confirmed that he will be a Victory player in the next season as well.
"I will not sign to any other club for the next season. I will be staying in Victory sports club" Imran said today to maldivesoccer regarding his final decision.
Though Imran has said he will stay in Victory, but he is yet to sign the contract. But he confirms that he will sign very soon.
"I will be signing very soon"
Suzien, assistant coach of Victory Sports club also confirmed that Imran has not signed but has said that he will stay in Victory.
"He said he will sign to Victory. We trust the players and we hope he would sign very soon."
He also revealed the policy of the management this season about the transfers.
"We are trying to renew the contract of all the players who played for us in this season. We hope everyone would stay. We are not financially strong like other clubs but we will try our level best to keep them" Suzeynu said.
Imran also has been linked to a move to New Radiant as the team is trying to find to resolve their goal keeper crisis.
"If Imran signs to Victory we don't have any other choice than to bring a foriegn goal keeper. There is no good maldivian goal keeper right now. " said Azim today
Mr. Azim also said that New Radiant is trying to sign Sadhun for next season as well.
"We are trying to make a contract and I can assure 80% that he would sign for New Radiant"
Sadhun is also having talks with Huriyya sports club, who has been qualified for AFC Cup 2006.
