| Vyansa players suspension taken back by FAM

MALDIVES - Football association of Maldives has taken back the suspension they have given to Vyansa players after the violence caused in the last match played in Dhivehi League Qualificaion zone 9.
Viyansa's Manager Visham today confirmed to maldivesoccer that the players who were suspended after the match have given release by FAM.
The players were suspended originally for a year but according to Visham they have been granted to play.
"Chairman, Abdul Shukoor met with us and informed that the players can play in the next season" Visham said.
Even though the FAM have agreed to let the players participate in next season, Viyansa's coach kuda heena has not been contacted regarding the issue.
"We asked about kuda heena and he is not allowed yet"
Kuda heena have filed a court case against FAM due to their decision of suspending him. The court also have ordered that Maldives FA is not a government body.
Viyansa's manager also confirmed to maldivesoccer that Abdul Shukoor have agreed that they can play in the next cup winner's cup.
"He said that we could play in the next cup winner's cup as champions of the second division. Before they said they cannot let us play because then the level of the game would be low"
Regarding the issue, maldivesoccer contacted FAM's executive secretary, Hussain Rasheed said that he has not been informed about the issue by the chairman.
"I am not aware that Viyansa's players have been given release by FAM. Chairman Shukoor would know about it"
Regarding their suspension, FAM has announced before that the players should take sports counselling from FAM during their suspension period of one year.
