Zariyandhu appointed as Goal keeper trainer

MALDIVES - Football Association of Maldives has appointed former national team goal keeper Ismail Zariyandh as the new goal keeper trainer of senior national team. FAM has confirmed Zariyandhu's new post today.
Even though Zariyandhu participated in Sunday's practice, his job was officially fixed today according to FAM's executive secretary.
" Zariyandhu is appointed as goal keeper trainer today" Executive secretary Hussain said today.
Zariyandhu, a well know figure in Maldives soccer played for Victory, New Radiant, Hurriyya and this season he was played for Island FC and according to him his retirement is yet to come. Zariyandhu is also the goal keeper trainer of youth development programe.
According to FAM the vacan post of national team manager will be fixed shortly.
" The manager post is still vacant, we will appoint a suitable person for that job and will announce very soon" Hussain said.
