Valencia players in last season: an english coach is likely to shape
up the team for next season

Male', MALDIVES - Valencia has decided to gain help from an England coach to shape up the team for upcoming football season says Gen. Secretary Adheel Jaleel.

" We have already confirmed the coach and he is from England" Adheel said.

According to Adheel, Valencia's hunt for an English coach started when their Romanian coach Chris was confirmed unable to come for next season due to a family reason.

Chris left Valencia in Dhivehi League to accompany his wife to Australia for a serious medication.


Regarding the chance of froeign player in the next squad, Adheel said there is a possibility of seeing two African talents, most probably from Ghana.

Valencia lost their key strikers this time. Ali Umar and Ali Ashfaag moves to New Radiant and Mukhthar Naseer joined IFC, but players like Naaz (Aakey), Jameel and Andy has already joined Valencia and promising teenage striker Raushan has also signed to Valencia.

Other players like Oiyttey and Sunain is also likely to ink a deal with Valencia before the club commence their practices in the last week of December.

" Season is expected to kick off in February, so we have planned to start the practice on late December, but a break will be given to players during EID holidays" Adheel said.
