MALDIVES - Muiveyo club beat FC Cicada by 2-1 in yesterday's game in ongoing third division tournament. Cicada who lost their first encounter to Club Phoenix took the lead from a header by Ibrahim Shaheed in the 34th minute.
Cicado dominated the first half, but the tone was changed in the second half where Muiveyo came from behind and scored twice to win the game.
Ahmed Waheed leveled the game for Muiveyo from the spot in the 54th minute and Ibrahim Shahid scored the winning goal.
Cicada's only hope of leaving the field with a point was blown away when the penalty awarded to them was shot over the cross bar.
Zefrol will face Sea Land in today's game, that will kick off at 1600hrs.
