advances to Dhivehi League

MALDIVES - Foakaidhoo Ekuveringe Jamiyya of Sh. Foakaidhoo
island advances to upcoming Dhivehi League after beating Mulee ZJ
in tonight's game of second semi final of Dhivehi League qualification
of zone 1-8.
No teams were able to lead during the normal time, as the full time
score gives a 1-1 draw. Foakaidhoo took the lead in the first half
of the extra period and hold the lead till the end of the second
period of extra time.
This win confirms that Foakaidhoo will play against Hiriyaa in the
final of this tournament on 23rd July night. Bothe Foakaidhoo and
Hiriyaa are teams from group B.
Foakaidhoo and Hiriyaa will represent Zone 1-8 in upcoming Dhivehi
league, where they will face Maldives soccer giants like Valencia,
New Radiant and Victory.
