I am surprised says Huraa coach
01 August 2005

Male', MALDIVES - Ali Umar put Valencia infront inside the first five minutes of the game when they were awarded with a penalty for fouling the ace striker Ashfaag. Mohamed Riyaz leveled the game in the first minute of second half and 1-1 became the final score of the game.

Both teams created chances to score the winning goal but failed to do so, but ball possession favoured Valencia.

After the match, Huraa coach said he was really surprised to held Valencia to a draw. " This is really a surprising result, I never expected we can grab a point playing against Valencia" he said in the news conference.

Huraa coach admitted that his team was playing according to the way he want and said he is now confident that they can win or draw against the big clubs like New Radiant, Victory and Valencia. " The real secret behind Huraa's success is the good relationship between coach, players and the management" He added.

On the other hand, Valencia's coach Chris said his foreign players couldn't performed well and left with no choice than substitute them, and that was one reason they couldn't give a good fight. " Our foreign players are not yet fit." Chris said.

" Huraa performed very well and they were very organised " he said praising Huraa's performance.
