| A disaster for Valencia in Dhivehi League

Male', MALDIVES - Valencia faced a disaster in Dhivehi League after losing to Victory by 4-2. Victory started the game without some key players including Imran and Shinaz, but played in good form and grabbed their fifth win of the tournament.
Ismail Mohamed of Victory opened the scoring in the 18th minute, but in the first minute of Second half Ashfaag leveled the game. In the 64th minute Fidhadhi gave the victory and four minutes later Ali Umar leveled the game. It was the extra period of the game the substitute player Assad confirmed the result to 4-2 to Victory side.
Ali Umar of Valencia was send off after the second booking.
With this result, still New Radiant dominating the league with 20 points and Hurriyya placed in the second with 18 points. Valencia are now in the third with 16 point and Victory moved up one position to fourth and IFC dropped to fifth and Hiriyaa on the bottom.
