Maldives takes top position again

Male, MALDIVES - Maldives once again takes the top position of SAARC region in FIFA ranking. Maldives ends up in 146th in the recently announced FIFA ranking of November. This is a three position increment compared to October ranking.

October's top India droppes two five positions and landed two positions behind Maldives in November at 148th.

Sri Lanka lies in 156th with no increment or decrement in their October position. Bangladesh managed to hold fourth at 158 with three positions down compared to October.

Similar to Bangladesh, Pakistan too dropped three positions and ended up at 165th.

Nepal are at 172, which is two behind their previous rank. Afghanistan moved up one and are at 175th and Bhutan at 194.

Maldives and Afghanistan are the only nations with an upward trend compared to October.
