MALDIVES - In an exclusive interview to maldivesoccer.com, Sun Hei's coach Koo said he is very pleased with all the arrangements so far but worried about the injuries in the team
“We've got a few injuries and it is a big concern for us.”
‘We've played in a league match two days ago and we have to play a game on Sunday. It's quite hectic for us. It's traveling and matches.” coach Koo explained the team's busy schedule.
When asked about the information he knows about New Radiant the coach claimed that he has very few information regarding the team
“I don't know much about them. But they played in the semi finals last year, so they should be real good.”
However, the team who went to the semi finals has undergone a lot of changes and Koo explained that the team would be much stronger now
“Obviously, if they have new players they must be better than the previous ones”
Like all the other teams who play in Maldives , Coach Koo also was not pleased about the weather
‘The humidity and the sun is a very big factor. It is winter in Hong Kong now and we have to adopt to this climate. So it would be a very big factor in tomorrow's game”
Coach Koo said that his team would obviously play for a win, but a draw would also be satisfactory
“Every coach would want a win. And our team would also go for a win. But a draw is also satisfactory”
