New Radiant and Hurriyya in Cup Winners Cup this year: Both
teams will face tomorrow in Zone 9 Qualification

MALDIVES - Zone 9 Qualification round for this year's Dhivehi League will start today at 1600hrs with second division champion Maziya and runners up Guraidhoo opening the event.
A total of 8 teams will take part in the qualification round, formerly known as Male' League, which includes first division 6 teams and second division champion and runners up.
The second match will play on tomorrow night where this year's AFC Cup duo, New Radiant and Hurriyya, will clash each other in their second face to face in the season. Their first clash came in Cup Winners Cup where New Radiant grabbed a 2-1 victory.
Only the top 6 teams of the qualification round will enter Dhivehi League along with the best two team of Zone 1-8 and two round will be played before confirming the winner. The bottom two of first round will not enter the second stage.
The winner of Dhivehi League will enter AFC Cup 2007 together with this year's FA Cup champion New Radiant and only the top four teams will get the chance to play in President's Cup and POMIS Cup.
