Oman wins final friendly

U23 has lost their final friendly game prior to Asian Games against Oman under 23. Oman under 23, who previously beat Maldives 3-0 beat them again this time but with 1-0.
Oman's only goal was scored in 52nd minute of the match. Ibrahim Fazeel (Oppo) missed a golden chance in the game, a penalty. His spot kick was saved by Oman keeper in the first half.
Maldives will travel to Doha on 26th to appear on this year's Asian Games. Maldives will play against Iran on 29th. India and Hong Kong clashes will come their way next.

i heard that one of the maldivian player name abdulla haneef(benjo) has badly injured,but you did not metion anything about this forceful aggressive accident caused by oman player.after that only oman team could able to make a goal. i feel it is very important to bring clear picture of such accident.since maldivesoccer is only website we find very help to families of the u23 player.hope to hear from u soon.. - ahmed
