Rafael to join Victory

Male, MALDIVES - Segno Rafael who played to Victory and IFC in the past, has agreed to join Victory Sports Club again in this season. One of Victory's steering committee's official said to maldivesoccer.com that he is coming on his own and if his performance is good and if the coaching staff agrees, they would keep the player and make an agreement with him
“Rafael is coming on his own. If he shows a good performance in the practices and if the coaching staffs needs him we will make agreement with him” said the official
Rafael was the top scorer of season 2003 but failed to shine after he joined to IFC. His performance deteriorated comparatively than his period in Victory and later on IFC decided to send him back. He scored 33 goals to Victory in 2003.
It's expected that the African striker would arrive Maldives on coming Monday
