Ahmadhiyyaa wins U18 Championship

Male’, MALDIVES – Ahmadhiyyaa International School won the Under 18 age group Milo Inter School Football Tournament after beating Galolhu Madharusaa by 6-1 at the National Football Stadium.

Ahmadhiyyaa International School’s Mohamed Affan won the top scorer award of this age group and Fair Play award goes to K. Guraidhoo School.

The best 11 players of this age group includes Ahmadhiyyaa International School’s Mohamed Affan, Hassan Saamih, Noorullah Mufeed, Ali Shaahil, Samhaaz Moosa, Mohamed Maail, Galolhu Madharusaa’s Ahmed Aiham, Shamoon Abdulla, K. Guraidhoo School’s Ahmed Amaan Abdulla, Umaish Abdul Gayyoom and Madharasathul Arabiyyaa’s Ausam Abdulla.

Football Association of Maldives Normalization Committee Chairman Bassam Adeel Jaleel, Senior Policy Executive Officer Ibrahim Ismail and Under 19 head coach Mohamed Shahid distributed the awards.

DH. Atoll Education Centre will play against Ghaazee School in the final match of U16 age group of Milo Inter School Football Tournament today at 1600 hours at National Football Stadium.
