Ashfaq nominates for best foreign player

Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA – Maldives national team captain and PDRM FA’s striker Ali Ashfaq has been shortlisted for the best import player in the Malaysian football season this year.

Ashfaq, who won the last year’s award as the best import player in Malaysian football season last year after scoring an incredible 22 goals for PDRM FA and played a vital role in winning the league title to promote them to Malaysian Super League.

Ashfaq scored 10 goals for PDRM FA this season just two goals behind top scorer, Argentinean born Figuero from Johor.

The award function will be held on 18th of this month in Kuala Lumpur.
