Blues and MNDF into finals

Male’, MALDIVES – New Radiant Sports Club and MNDF has confirmed a place in the final of the ongoing Milo Women’s Football Championship.

New Radiant won yesterday’s match against Sun Hotels by 3-1 in the match played at Milo Turf Pitch. Ngomgam of New Radiant scored twice against Sun Hotels while New Radiant’s Indian forward Bembem Davi scored the third goal for the Blues. Sun Hotels only goal was scored by Hajra Khan.

In last night’s match MNDF thrashed Star team by 7-0. MNDF’s seven goals were scored by Bangladeshi forward Sabeena Kathun. Sabeena is the second top scorer in the tournament with 20 goals while the top scorer of the tournament so far is New Radiant’s Ngomgam Baladeyvi with 21 goals.

MNDF will play against New Radiant in the final on Saturday.
