“Stoykov has the quality to change a game at any time and it will be a difficult to play against a team who is managing. And New Radiant is having a good history in Maldivian football and Maziya will respect that always.” Suzain added.

He also reiterated that the things within the team is good and they are ready for the match.

“I can say that everything in the team is good, Umair is recovered and Adey is with the team with good trainings. Ammadey is the only player who cannot play tomorrow night.”

“I want to win this match as our main target this year is to win every single tournament in domestic season and it will be the best chance to start with a medal.”

On the other hand his counterpart, Stoykov said that this is a final match and anything is possible in this match.

“This is a final and anything is possible in a final match. We are trying to build up a new team and I am happy with their commitment.”

“Our goalkeeper is very good but we cannot compare with the strikers of Maziya and its national team.”

“I can say that for some of my players it will be an honor to play against Maziya, who are having the majority of the players of national team.” Stoykov added.

As a supporter I would like to see a evenly- contested match where both sides play with good sportsmanship. No unnecessay dribbling please, play to your strength, dont run with the ball like headless chicken or you will end up in a blind alley as so often you do. More often than not, how you play in the league determine how well you could perfrom in the national team. In the current context national team is below par, it’s a fact: either you guys have fallen in your standrad or national coach is not good enough -- its your chance to prove whether you standad has gone down or not!
