Such a huge gap between this and next fixture! In this day and age when the league is attracting a couple of hundreds for a match who will bother to remember the next fixture date when it comes after such huge gap, in fans mind this break will feel like a break of one year! By the way how many times Bonda will retire before he really retires from playing first class football? May be, in a league like dhivehi league, as long as you can score a goal, you are good to go!

Also, I think FAM should find a way to play matches of all three divisions simultaneously. Currently, DPL is played (or at least, initially planned that way) over a 10-month or so period, with the games spread of over the course. The second and third division, however, take place during a period that lasts less than a month. As a result, players in those divisions are unaccustomed to long seasons and they are forced to play a number of matches in a single blitz. Regarding your comment about Bonda, how old is he now? Surely, there are better younger players than him who are itching to get a chance to play in the top division. Bonda has to be one of the most insincere footballers ever. He'll probably continue playing into his 60s if he's given a substantial paycheck. And here we were led to believe that he was going to spend all his energy into "developing young talents in Addu" via his academy.
