Excited to be back: Santos

Male’, MALDIVES - New Radiant Sport Club’s Brazilian playmaker, Everton Souza Santos is excited to be back in the Maldives and he’s confident that he can show good football with the blues.

Speaking to maldivesoccer.com, Santos said that he will work hard to help the club conquer all obstacles and bring joy to New Radiant family.

“I know it’s not easy to be the champion of all the tournaments and my goal is to help New Radiant conquer all obstacles and give joy to New Radiant family.”

Santos also said that it’s the first step for a good game and he will help the blues win the POMIS Cup.

“This is the first step to make a good game and help New Radiant with my companions to be the champions of POMIS Cup.”

Santos believes it’s a great privilege for him getting the opportunity to play against PDRM FA and their hit man Ali Ashfaq.

“It’s a great privilege to face Ashfaq and his team. He will surely make great games but we have to put into our football and meet as equals.”

Santos played for All Youth Linkage (AYL) in 2012 and helped the club finish third in FA Cup, their best achievement in the top division.
