It is hardly surprising when somebody of GS level resign ahead of an important tournament cauz everybody knows problems are brewing within the FAM. There is nobody of good leadership quality or skills of supreme man-management whom others can rely on to work as a team. Sad but this is true, politics is killing our last pillar of enjoyment.

FAM's Executive Committee does not get along with the senior management. The General Secretaries (both Hanim and Shahid) had disagreements with the senior management. So now we know how to solve this problem: replace the current senior management. Ilham, J4, Suzain etc. are all trying to promote their political agendas rather than driving our football forward, and this is the only reason why our football is suffering. Full stop.
