It's time to save the football season for Victory says Suzain

Male', MALDIVES – Victory Sports Clubs Head Coach Ali Suzain has said that it’s time for his side to save the football season by concentrating on FA Cup. Speaking to maldivesoccer.com after their loss against arch rivals New Radiant, Suzain said their focus would have to be on winning FA Cup.

Victory will face Maziya Sports and Recreation Club in the semi final of FA Cup.

Speaking after the match Suzain said that all his concentration is now on FA Cup.

“We will now work on FA Cup. We will work to save the season”.

If Victory fails to win the FA Cup, they will conclude the football season 2012 empty handed.

Speaking after the prestigious final match, Suzain congratulated New Radiant for winning the Championship.

“I congratulate New Radiant for winning the Presidents Cup”.

“It’s a big success for them”.

Glad that you have realised that now.... you have at your disposal almost half of the national team and promising youngsters and up to now you have failed to acquire any silverware this year. The FA cup is your best chance to achieve this as your arch rivals New Radiant and VB have been knocked out.. mind you you have still to overcome the obstacle in the form of Maziya and i believe it would not be easy. Let me also remind you despite your fantastic history, you have not been able to land the League Championship for the past 5 years!.....
