MILO CMC2015: Four teams to QF

Male', Maldives - STO, Customs, Team Fenaka and MPL are through to the quarter finals of the ongoing MILO Club Maldives Cup. In the round of sixteen matches played last night, STO beat Presidents Office, Customs beat Youth and Sports, Team Fenaka beat Team MIA and MPL beat DSC

STO won the match against Presidents Office by 6-2. STO’S goals were scored by Mohamed Imran 2 goals, Musthafa Abdul Kareem, Mohamed Shah, Ali Naushad and Mohamed Ismail each scored a goal. While Anas Mohamed and Ali Akhthar scored the two goals for Presidents Office. STO’s Mohamed Imran was declared as the man of the match.

Customs beat Youth and Sports by 6-1. Hussain Shuaib scored a hat-trick, Hassan Noorish scored two goals and Mumthaz Abdul Rasheed scored a goal for Customs. The only goal for Youth and Sports scored by Hussain Ameen. Hussain Shuaib of Customs was declared as the man of the match.

Team Fenaka demolished Team MIA by 6-0. Ahmed Haleem and Naavy Mohamed scored twice while Hussain Shareed and Noorullah Thoha each scored a goal. Ahmed Haleem was declared as the man of the match

MPL escaped with a narrow win of 4-3 against DSC. Hassan Adhuham scored two goals while Ahmed Visal and Ali Shifau each scored a goal. DSC’S goals were scored by Ali Fareed, Ibrahim Farish and Ahmed Tholal. Ahmed Afrad of MPL was declared as man of the match.
