MVFT 2015: Narrow win for Valencia

Male’, MALDIVES – Club Valencia won their second game by a narrow 1-0 margin after beating BG Sports today in the ongoing Milo Veterans Football Tournament today.

Ismail Anil scored the only goal for the four time winners of the tournament in the last minute of the first half. After the goal BG players and officials showed their frustration towards the referee for the goal and there were some unsporting actions during the match.

With this win Valencia lies on top of the table with six points from two games while BG Sports lies in second with three points from two games.

Victory Sports Club will play against Maziya Sports and Recreation Club tomorrow at 16:45 hours.
