MVFT 2015: Valencia wins in style

Male’, MALDIVES – Club Valencia has won their first match of 2015 Milo Veterans Football Tournament after beating Victory Sports Club by 5-0 today at Milo Turf Pitch.

Assad Abdul Ghani, Mausoom, Mukhuthar Naseer and Ismail Anil scored the goals for the four time winners of the tournament.

In the first match played yesterday BG Sports won against Male Veterans by 5-1. Ahmed Shamin scored for Male Veterans however; Mohamed Shazly and Mohamed Sujau scored three goals for BG Sports before the break.

Abdulla Shifau and Athif Ahmed for BG Sports scored the other two goals.

Football Association of Maldives started this tournament in 2009 but in this year the tournament is organized by Soccer Veterans in association with the Football Association of Maldives.
