He may be a master of mind games ( though some of them do spactacularly backfire ) but still he is by far the best local coach we have. A flamboyant person who force through his power of personality on players and bring out the best in them. Imma had this team for something like 8 years in top division but Suzain took  just couple of years to make telling difference. We have to give where cradit is due and it has to be said he is very good coach. Except that if he can cut down on self glorifying gibberish when a mike is thrust into his face.

Difference between a good coach and average coach is a good coach knows when to go for the killer move depending on the flow of the game for change of tactics and personals. Sobah was caught up in the pressure of being in the final and the local Morinho in the opponent dugout. May be next time he will go a better job.

I do agree Suzain is a great coach and we have seen that in recent local tournaments and in Asia last year. He does bring out the best in players through inspiring them and reading the game well and drawing out a game plan in every circumstance. I think it's a lot to do with hard work and believing in your strengths plus planning well. Well done to Maziya's players, fans, coaching staff and management.

Suzain's magic touch in the President's Cup is displayed again! I think he's done quite well at Maziya after deciding to tone down that old arrogance and trash talking tendencies. Maziya qualify for their 4th successive AFC Cup and I hope Suzain finds it in himself to get them past the group stages next year. It will be interesting to see who else makes it. If Maziya wins the DPL, the runners-up will join them in the AFC Cup. The pressure on New Radiant is now immense, with the likes of Eagles and even TC hot on their heels. And now they've lost their manager again.
