New Radiant unveils new players

Shifan, who has signed for Valencia last month joined Blues today after he was released from Valencia.

Male', MALDIVES - New Radiant unveiled the three players they have signed for the upcoming season as club’s academy opening ceremony held at Turf pitch today.

The three players are, under 23 national team goal keeper Jazlaan, AYL’s Ushamath and national team midfielder Mohamed Shifan (Kudattey).

Kudattey, who signed for Valencia, had problems with the club and was absent from Valencia practices for some time. There were media reports that he is considering to quit Valencia to join another club and today it is confirmed that he opted to join his former club.

There were several activities held at today’s open day which includes dribbling, penalty shoot out. New Radiant senior and youth team players were actively involved in the activities with the kids.

The academy was officially opened by the kids, who joined the club academy, by cutting a cake.

What's this about Kudattey joining New Radiant? I guess the "Professional Chairman" couldn't keep this player even though he claims to have the player's signature on the contract. If you ask me that's poor man management by any means.
