Niyaz joins Victory

Male’, MALDIVES – New Radiant and national team’s midfielder Ahmed Niyaz has joined Victory Sports Club last night for the rest of this season.

Victory’s manager Ibrahim Hisaan said to maldivesoccer.com today that the arrival of Niyaz would help to strengthen their midfield and they are happy to have him.

“We need an experienced player like Niya and for sure it will help us to strengthen the midfield along with Ammadey.”

Hissan also reiterated that they are looking for another player and he will join with them soon.

“At the moment we are in talks with a foreign player as well as a local and for sure one of them will join us within the transfer period.”

Niyaz joined New Radiant in 2011 and in the last couple of years he has played a vital role in their success.
