Male’, MALDIVES - Ibrahim Suhail’s last minute winner secured three points for New Radiant in the Youth Championship 2013 match against BG Sports. New Radiant came from behind to win the game by 2 - 1.

The opening goal for BG Sports was scored in the 44 minute by Mohamed Shabeen. His free kick curled

into the top corner of the goal.

New Radiant equalised in the 60th minute from an own goal by Ali Jinah. Moosa Yaamin’s low cross into the six yard box was defelected by Ali Jinah in to the empty net.

BG Sports managed to score a goal, but the linesman flagged it for an offside.

New Radiant scored the winner in the 90th minute by Ibrahim Suhail from a free kick.

The next match of the tournament will be played on 15th January 2013. In group C match Club Eagles will play against Mahibadhoo SC. The match will kick off at 1600hrs in National Stadium.

The tournament is held in association with Japanese Football Association.
