Young blues shine

Male’, MALDIVES – New Radiant’s two youngsters Ammadey and Bampuch scored against All Youth Linkage tonight as they won by 4-0 in Dhiraagu Dhivehi League.

Dane opened the scoring for the Blues in the third minute of the game from a long range effort.

In the twenty seventh minute of the game Ahmed Hassan (Ammadey) doubled the lead while keeper and a defender were fallen inside the box while trying to clear the ball.

In the 36th minute keeper blocked Ali Fasir’s effort inside the box.

Three minutes after the break Mohamed Umair scored a wonderful header from a cross supplied by Niyaz from the left flank.

In the 67th minute Suhail (Bampuch) scored and changed the score to 4-0. He controlled the pass from Umair and beat his marker on one on one situation and scored.

Two minutes later keeper cleared a good header from Umair inside the box.

With this win New Radiant lies on top of the table with 33 points from 12 games while Maziya is on the second position with 31 points from 12 games.

Victory will play against Mahibadho tomorrow at 1600 hours.
