Bock: satisfied with the performance of his boys

Male', MALDIVES-
Satisfied Singapore Armed Forces FC coach Richard Bock didn’t hesitate to appreciate what his players did against New Radiant in today’s AFC cup game. The warriors maintained their great form and snatched their third consecutive win and coach Bock was optimistic.

“I am satisfied with the result” he started.

“The boys did a professional job” He continued.

The warriors are now with nine points and leading the group and is the hot favourite to advance to the quarterfinal stage from the group. But the Croatian is wary of trouble they may face from their next three games.

“We have to travel Kitchee (Hong Kong), Perak and within a week we have to face New Radiant at home”

“So we need to be prepared well for these games and we can qualify to the next round”

SAFFC’s Shariff put them ahead in the 7th minute of the game and their top scorer Duric doubled the lead late in the first half and a gifted own goal from the home team made it 3-0 to the visitors.

New Radiant, after three consecutive defeats, lies at the bottom of the group and is repeating a kind of poor form they had in last year’s AFC Cup.
