Male', MALDIVES - Male’ Sports club’s fitness instructor Hussain Zinan has been appointed as Victory’s physical trainer. Zinan, who was approached by Vyansa for the same post, was appointed last night.
Zinan is already working as a personal physical trainer of many footballers. Zinan said after the appointment that he has two aims in his new post.
“This my first such job and first I want to do something good for the football from this profession (fitness trainers). Second, I want to show the new comers that there is a future in this profession”
Zinan, who is also a member of FAM’s technical committee, was praised by Victory coach Mauroof Ahmed (Maatey) saying Zinan’s involvement in the club as a physical trainer will lift the spirit of the players.

Comments| Victory S.C is taking football to the next level, which is very good. Mattey is an excellent manager. Football is a very technical and specialized sports. I believe that Victory S.C management is the best ( even better than National Team's) at the moment. Having a physical trainer with the qualification actually means alot. I am quite impressed with how zinan handled Imran's injury last year and how he helped him become fit again.
