How do you feel about staying in Maldives?

Am very happy to be here. I speak several Languages and I know how to speak very well in those. But I can't find any language to say how satisfied I am to stay in Maldives. It is just amazing to be here. It is truly better than my home country.

How about your management?

They are fantastistic. The whole club is motivated by the actions of the management. Every where we go, Shaveed goes. He asks all the players and my self even after each and every practice how it went. So it is a good management.

How about your team? Are you satisfied?

Yes! I am very satisfied. We have some amazing players who would do superb. But we do need several match practice if we want to be successful. We don't get so many matches before the tournament starts in here!

Do you think some of your players can play abroad?

Yes! Of course. At least four of them can play abroad. They have the potential. And I would try them to get trials in abroad for sure.

How about Maldivian football in general? Are you satisfied?

Yes! You have some speedy skillfull players. But the thing is you don't have match practices in here! When an Argentinean becomes 16 year old, he would have played around more than 200 matches. But in here it would be around 16- 30. So that makes the difference.

How about you're training? How do you plan it?

I don't prefer to work in the same place all the time. The players should enjoy the practices and get that smile. Without it, there would not be a good bond. We practice in Villingilli, in Artificial beach to get that.

Are you satisfied with your foreign players?

Yes! They bring a difference to the team. When we select a foreign player, he should be better than the normal players in here. So if they can perform at that level, than I would be really happy.

Do you think it is a huge loss for your team when Bakaa left for Under 23?

Yes! It is. He was really improving in the practices before he left for Under 23. So I have to see how he performs after it.

So, do you think you can bring success for the team. Most of the new clubs in Maldives do not get success. Do you think you can change it?

Ofcourse! I would try and everyone in the team would try their level best to do it.

How about your officials support? Is it satisfactory?

Yes of course! I got the best manager I can get. Sato is simply fantastic. He is ready to give everything for the club. When ever I am in a difficulty he finds the solution. If the practice is at 6:00, he wake up at 5:00 and give calls to all the players. He is just superb.

How about your physical trainer?

Pablo wanted to work with me for a long time. When Marradona was sick, he was helping him out. Later when I met him he said he wanted to work with me one day and then when I got the chance to be here, I offered him to work with me and he was delighted about it.

How about your team? Any weaknesses?

Oh! I don't know yet. We have to play some matches before I can comment on that. We have to play some practice matches first of all.
