Male’, MALDIVES – Palestine national team coach Jamal Mahmood said that the match against Maldives was a good game and their only aim was to advance for the semifinal of the tournament.

“At the beginning I would like to congratulate Maldives for advancing to the semifinal. It was a good match and what I wanted from this match was to go to semifinal whether it’s a draw or a win. Today all my players knew that what we have to do and I gave some players rest for the upcoming game.”

“We are waiting for tomorrow to know which team we have to play against in the semifinal and we will start to prepare for that match from tomorrow. We have three days to prepare and it’s a good thing for us.”

“We don’t care who we will play against in the semifinal and we will prepare our team to play in the semi.”
