Expecting to see good football – Stoykov

Manila, PHILIPPINES – New Radiant Sports Club’s head coach Yordan Stoykov has said that he is expecting to see good and skillful football against Kaya FC in their second match of this year’s AFC Cup.

Philippines Kaya FC welcome New Radiant to Rizal Memorial Football Stadium after their away defeat to Kitchee last month.

“Kaya are the best team in the group, so I am thinking it’s going to be a very hard game,” said Stoykov.

“We want to show our best and achieve an acceptable result. We are expecting to see good, skillful football."

“We missed so many chances in our game against Balestier and I think we regret that game a little bit more than the Singaporean team.” Stoykov added.

New Radiant lies in the third position of group F after their 2-2 draw against Balestier in the opening game of AFC Cup this year.

New Radiant will play against Kaya FC at 16:30 Hrs (Maldives time) today at Rizal Memorial Football Stadium in Manila.
