Just a thought; Can some one sell an expired item???? I mean if i go to buy a ticked for the second match of the day, AFTER the first match is over, they will still sell the "expired" ticket as well!!!! Got my point???

What... so we have to pay douable of these prices. Yu are focing us to buy tickets for matches played in some other city. This is not acceptable.

Prices are affordable, thanks for the consideration. Is the package business in order to sell all matches? Btw, can't stop asking for another friendly before the tournament.

Agreed. I urge every supporter to attend other team matches. Its a very negative message if the stadium is empty (though we have the tickets bought). For this small country to be able to host these cups in the future, we need to show the world we love football. Thats our biggest selling point.

The price is bit high but we can understand it given the respect this tournament commands and the cost the host nation will incur. But what you don’t get is why not FAM had gone with the same enthusiasm to prepare their own team as they went with promotional events. It seems they were more interested in their 15-seconds of fame in the sun by launching into jet-skiing and cycle parade on the roads of Male’ rather than making national team as good as it gets.

One important thing is that we need to show the world we love football. That means going to stadium when other teams are playing not just our NT. Organizers take note when the stadiums are empty. Just filling the stadium in our NT matches does not show that we love football. That happens in every country, when their country plays the stadium will be full. You will notice this clearly when SAFF C'ship was played in India, Nepal or any other country. ::: So here is a chance for us to show that we love football. And i do not think 50/- is too expensive for TWO games. AND one more thing is that PALESTINE is playing!!!! I really want to go to the stadium and show our love to their nation.

For those who have commented below. Maldives is NOT a football loving nation. PROOF: the stadium is almost empty during MOST of the league matches. The only spectators during such matches are the players and a few supporters. Maldivians will go to national team matches because they want to SHOW support for the nation. So the reason FAM is selling tickets as packages is because they KNOW if they sell tickets for individual games, the tickets for the games between the other teams in group A will NOT be sold. In essence they are ripping off us, by FORCING us to buy tickets for games which we do NOT want to attend and WILL not attend. Where is the thing WE call CHOICE?

There is a "reply" button dear. Anyway i will still say that we LOVE football. In my island men attend with their kids just to watch us playing. Maybe in Male it is not like that because of the culture. Anyway lets not argue in this way. :: What i want to achieve (by attending "unwanted" matches) is that to show AFC, FIFA that we are different and love football more than INDIA, nepal etc. I know they are throwing lots of money to those countries, specially india. If we just attend our NT matches, the attendance record for the tournament will be VERY VERY low. And even if the whole population of maldives attend the matches we wil not be able to compete with India in that manner, they will have more people and bigger stadiums. As i said before the only selling point for us is showing over love to the game. Just like we, India and other countries also do not like to attend the stadium when their NT is not playing. I am just saying lets break that trend. lets just go and watch other games too. Specially if we are been FORCED to buy two tickets, lets just not argue. FAM will NOT change that, no matter how bitter it is for us. If we attend other games then we will have a REASON to challenge India in getting aid from AFC and FIFA. And possibly more tournaments can be hosted here in the future.
