Riley joins Maziya

Male’, MALDIVES – Former New Radiant’s defender Rilwan Waheed has joined Maziya Sports and Recreation Club after his contract was terminated by New Radiant as a disciplinary action.

Maziya’s CEO Hussain Shafiu (Koky) said to maldivesoccer.com tonight that Rilwan has joined with them.

“Rilwan has joined us. Shafiu left to New Radiant and we are happy to have Riley with us”

“Bakaa has also extended his contract with us and for now we will not try to bring any other players. We are happy with the squad now."

Koky also said that Abu Desmond Mansary has joined them and they will bring a foreign defender, who has played for them last season.

Former New Radiant player Moosa Yamin has also joined with Maziya. While they managed to renew the contracts with Asadhulla Abdulla, Samdhooh Mohamed, Ahmed Nashid, Mohamed Imran, Ibrahim Shiyam and Ahmed Mohamed.
