New Radiant's interim coach Mohamed Iqbal has said that their main target is to maintain 100% winning record.

Male’, MALDIVES – New Radiant’s main target is to maintain the 100% winning streak in the season when facing against Maziya in the final of Presidents Cup on Wednesday night.

Speaking to maldivesoccer.com New Radiant’s interim coach Mohamed Iqbal said that their main target is to win the match and maintain their winning streak in the season.

“Our main target is to win the game and maintain the 100% winning record in the season.”

He also said that it will be a tough game for them as this is the seventh clash against Maziya and they will work hard to win this game.

“This is the seventh clash between Maziya this season and they don’t want to lose it and they will fight hard to win it. So it will be a tough one for us.”

Iqbal also reiterated that they face difficulties in the last match even when they played without their then coach Velizar Popov, who has left the club on mutual understanding after the final match of B52 FA Cup against Maziya.

“We missed our then coach and it showed in our last game. But I guess now the players are ready to work without coach and they will all work hard to win this game.”

New Radiant will play against Maziya on Wednesday night. The match will kick off at 2100 hours.
