We will learn from the mistakes says Suzain

Male’, MALDIVES – Maziya head coach Ali Suzain has said that they will learn from the mistakes they did in the AFC Cup opening loss to Bengaluru FC ahead of their meeting with Warriors FC.

“I hope that we can beat them tomorrow. We made some individual mistakes in our first game against Bengaluru FC. But I am sure the players will not repeat those kind of things.” Suzain said in the press conference held at National Football Stadium today.

He also added that it will be an important match for them and urge the supporters to back them.

“This is an important match for us as we lost our first game abroad and this will decide our plan for the tournament.”

“I hope that we can take the home advantage but it will happen only with the supporters.”

On the other hand his counterpart, head coach of Warriors FC Alex Weaver said that they were capable of beating every team in the group.

“We are capable of beating every team in the group. We lost our first games due to the mistakes we did and I hope that we will not repeat those kinds of mistakes tomorrow.”

“We did analyze the matches of maziya's last two games and it is very important for us to win this match as we lost our first game.”

Maziya will play against Warriors tomorrow at 1600 hours at National Football Stadium.
