ACC 2014: Palestine 2 - 0 Myanmar

Male', MALDIVES: Palestine has won their second game of the AFC Challenge Cup 2014 against Myanmar and open their chance to qualify for the semi final of the tournament. Abuhabib strike in the first half and a solo goal from Alfawaghra confirmed all the three points from the game in the 2 - 0 win.

Palestine created the first dangerous attempt of the game in the fifth minute, Alfawaghra matched with a through pass and when keeper to beat he shoots the ball but keeper Thu blocked the ball to save the danger.

Thu produced another good save in 10th minute, it was again Alfawaghra on disappointment as Thu punched his powerful free kick on target.

In a counter attack in the added time of the first half, Abuhabib gifted the lead for Palestine. Abuhabib's shot from inside the penalty area found the back of the net giving no chance to keeper Thu.

Just kick off to the second half Myanmar created a dangerous attempt on goal. S.T Aung's shot from outside the penalty area was punched by the keeper and hits the post before came back out to play.

Two minutes later Palestine doubled their lead with a solo goal from Alfawaghra. He beats the total defense line of Myanmar and shoot the ball in to the left corner of the goal.

Nine minutes remaining, in a counter attack Alfawaghra delivered a good through pass to Abusalah, but Abusalah's shot from inside the penalty area went over the crossbar.

In the last minutes of the game Palestine created some dangerous attempt on Myanmar's goal but none ended fruitful.

After 5 added minutes of time match ended 2 - 0 in favor of Palestine which put them to the top of the Group-A with 6 points from 2 games. Myanmar is on 2nd place with 3 points while Maldives and Kyrgyzstan who lost their first game lies in bottom with no points in hand.

In the fourth game of the Group-A Maldives will play against Kyrgyzstan tonight at 21:00.
