A tough start says Avramovic

Male’, MALDIVES – Myanmar national team coach Avramovic has said it will be difficult to play against the home team in the first match of the AFC Challenge Cup.

Speaking at the pre match press conference Avramovic said that first match is always difficult but when playing against the host nation it gets even more tough.

“First match is difficult in every tournament and playing against the host nation in the first match is more difficult.”

“As this is the first match of the tournament for both teams things won’t be easy for either teams but we will try everything possible to win the match.”

He also said that he is not happy with the preparation for the tournament.

“I am not happy with the preparation but still we came here to compete in the tournament and win games not just to participate in this tournament.”

Avramovic also reiterated that he had some information about Maldives team.

“I watched some videos of Maldives team and I know a little bit about them.”

“You know in football nothing is impossible, every team is preparing for the tournament and any team can get a good result.
