Shifan didn't attend the practice after the first day

Male’, MALDIVES – Maldivesoccer.com understands that Club Valencia’s newly signed midfielder Mohamed Shifan (kudatey) and the club is having problems and has missed the training sessions after the first day.

Maldivesoccer.com contacted Valencia’s chairman Ibrahim Raai Rasheed regarding the matter and he said that he have no idea about that.

“I have no idea about that and I don’t know what to say regarding the matter. It will be good if you contact our manager Hanim and he will give you the information that you require.”

Speaking to Maldivesoccer.com Hamin said that Kudatey joined the practice on 13th and after that he didn’t attend the practice.

“On 13th he was with the team but after that he didn’t attend the practice. I have discussed the matter with him”

“There will be always things to sort out between the players and the clubs and I hope he will join soon.”

When maldivesoccer.com contacted with Shifan he said that he don’t want to comment on the issue.

“I don’t want to comment” Shifan said.

Shifan participated the first practice session on 13th of this month and after that he didn’t attend the practices.

Shifan should say why he is not attending to the practice. This is a big problem for both the club and himself. If he do not want to stay with the club, then he can move out from the job and join a new club.

This is totally unprofessional. Even when ordinary citizens have disagreements with their workplace, they have to attend work. Footballers are no different.

Valencia is is turning out to be a very "PROFESSIONAL" team indeed. When contacted the Chairman says he does not know what to say on the matter. Valencia shud find a solution to Kudattays's problem soon otherwise all newly signed players will stop turning up for practice. Lets hope this problem is resolved soon if not Valencia is going to face a lot of "PROFESSIONAL" issues in 2013.

Yep I agree to what Eleven has stated in his comment. The chairman 'have no idea about it" just sums the attitude of this so called "PROFESSIONAL" chairman. If there is anything awkward, then he will have 'NO IDEA' of the issue and if there is a signing ceremony or some ego-promotion then he will be there, first! So as Eleven has stated there are going to be problems unless this attitude changes. I can forecast player revolt, manager revolt and utter chaos unless the PROFESSIONAL chairman changes his attitude. May be he thinks he is Berlusconi!!! hehehehe....

There sure seems to be some problem with Shifan and Valencia. Rumours are circulating that he has signed for BG. The media had reported that shifan had earlier signed for Valencia. So this is fast becoming a farce, with Valencia Chairman claiming he knows nothing about this. We wait and see
