STO won the Milo Club Maldives Cup 2014 after beating Police Club by 4-2.

Male', MALDIVES - The biggest futsal tournament of the country, MILO club Maldives cup and 18/30 Women’s football fiesta scheduled to kick off on 14th March.

Speaking to maldivesoccer, official of club Maldives said that 36 teams in men’s edition and 16 teams in women’s edition is expected to participate in the tournament.

The finals of the tournament will be played on 17th and 18th of April according to the official. The tournament title sponsored by MILO while SONEE SPORTS is the sports partner of the tournament.

STO was the champions of 2014 men’s edition and Dhivehi Sifainge Club was the champions of women’s 18/30 fiest.

take a look at Haveeru sports page 23rd April 2012  Azim, in his last days as FAM president, tells club maldives organisers to revise a rule that national team players should not be allowed to take part in Club Maldives futsal tournament.  But as soon as Ilham succeed him that rules does not seem to exist, players go back to play. Is normalisation committee interested in these kind of stuff that are directly related to fitness of national team players? While you go about overhauling football from top to bottom it is important to have a look at this too.
