Not the worst result playing away from home. Half of the usual first 11 were not playing through injuries and one particular player specially forcing his way of the team for reasons best known to the player himself and FAM. A commandable job by Imma nonetheless, a recovery of some sort for FAM after the way they had got egg on their face for farce that was the football pitch

Not the worst result, and a good battling performance. As usual, we were undone by 3 completely preventable goals. I just looked at that game and wondered how different it could have been if this match had been played at home with both Ashfaq and Asadulla up front. China's defense certainly did not seem to be as solid as the Qatari defense. Shame about FAM deciding to sell the hosting rights.

The result is satisfactory given the circumstances. As for Ashfaq, his absence from the team without valid reasons is baffling. Even if was fallout with the current FAM boss Ashfaq should have been more professional and bowed down to the call of national duty, for there is no feeling better than representing your country, whatever be the level. And when the whole country loves you and wish you well you have no right to offend their feeling in such clandestine manner without good reasons. Now you don’t deserve their respect anymore. You have hurt your football fans and if you think the nation will drop down to your knees for forgiveness for your every tantrum you are mistaken. Nobody is above the national team. You have not just snubbed national team you have disrespected country. Your fans and football lovers all over the country.

why they r not giving chance to IRUFAAN n MESSI n YAMIN ... these players showed their quality ... n they are our future ... STOP DESTROYING MALDIVESSOCCER ... at least if they don't know how to dribble crazily they will hold the ball or try to give a good pass ... PLZ Remove the crazy dribblers from the squad ...
