Abu joins Maziya

Male’, MALDIVES – Former AYL and VB Addu FC striker Abu Desmond Mansaray has joined Maziya Sports and Recreation today for the upcoming season.

Speaking to maldivesoccer.com Maziya’s CEO Hussain Shafiu (Koky) said that they are happy to have Abu, who has performed very well in the league during the past two to three years.

“We are happy to have a striker like Abu, who have performed very well in the league during the past few years.”

“We will bring one more foreign player who has played for Maziya last season.

Maziya managed to secure the signature of Rilwan Waheed and Faruhadh Ismail. They also renewed the contract with one of the best defending midfielders in the country, Mohamed Arif (Bakaa).
