Blues sign with SP

Male', MALDIVES - Local sports brand Sports Power and New Radiant Sports Club today signed an agreement to supply club jersey and merchandise for the next two years.

In a press conference held at FAM House today, New Radiant chairman Ali Waheed (Balak) and Sports Power CEO Khalid signed the agreement.

Speaking at the press conference, Chairman Balak said this is the only thing the club failed for the supporters and with this agreement supporters can easily get club jersey from Sports Power shop from next year.

"We have failed to fulfill the promise of selling club jersey but I am very relieved we have come to an agreement with Sports Power. They will be the exclusive seller of New Radiant jersey and merchandise from next year" Balak said.

Balak also said the agreement is worth an estimated 1.4 million Rufiyaa and Sports Power will not only provide match jersey but also travel kit and other items.

"This agreement will cover all our teams, senior team, youth, veterans and they will supply everything. The only thing not included is player shoes, which is something the players decide by themselves" Balak added.

Balak also noted that club jersey and other kits will be unveiled at club Gold Night at the end of the season.

Sports Power CEO Khalid said New Radiant jersey will be at an internationally recognised standard and will be available at an affordable price.
