Male’, MALDIVES – Victory’s defender Ibrahim Sinaz has been suspended for 18 months for attacking referee and spitting on his assistant referee in the Dhivehi League qualification game against Mahibadhoo on 4th of this month.

In a press release, Football Association of Maldives said that Sinaz was suspended for attacking the match referee, Ahmed Mamdhooh and spit on assistant referee Adam Fazeel when he was sent off in the Dhivehi League Qualifier against Mahibadhoo on 4th of this month.

It also said that he was suspended based on the 33rd clause of disciplinary code.

With this suspension he won’t be allowed to participate any activity related to football, which will be organized by FAM and also he will not be allowed to enter the stadium.
