Male’, MALDIVES - New Radiant SC has continued their unbeaten run in the league after beating All Youth Linkage (AYL) 5 - 1 in the match played tonight. Ashfaq scored all the 5 goals for New Radiant while Shauya scored the only goal of AYL.

In the 11th minute of the game, Ashfaq dribbled past his marker and fired a powerful shot from inside the penalty area, but goalkeeper dived and punched the ball.

Niyaz missed a good chance in the 19th minute, Fazeel (Oppo) chipped a ball in to the penalty area and found Niyaz with it but his shot went wide.

With a good build up by Shauya and Santosh, AYLcreated their first dangerous attempt. With a one touch pass Santosh got the all alone inside the box, but his shot was well saved by keeper Imran.

Nine minutes remaining in the first half, Ashfaq brought New Radiant to lead with his shot over goalkeeper from inside the penalty area.

Seven minutes in to the second half Ashfaq doubled the score line, after matching with Oppo's through pass Ashfaq beat goalkeeper and sent the ball in to the goal.

Shauya missed a golden opportunity to cut the deficit for AYL, when Shauya was left unmarked inside the penalty area; he failed to beat the goalkeeper in one against one. But in the 78th minute with an open chance Shauya scored for AYL and made the score line to 1 - 2.

Six minute remaining in the clock New Radiant got a penalty kick as Yaamin hand ball inside the penalty area. Ashfaq completed his hat trick after scoring from the spot.

Ashfaq scored another goal in the 87th minute of the game and extended New Radiant lead to 4 - 1.

With a solo effort by Ashfaq, score was turned to 5 - 1, he managed to beat three defenders of AYL and sent the powerful shot in to the far top corner of the goal.

It is a good sign that he is putting up some muscles for honours afterall... Hope the management will be able to retain the strong holds and invest for the weaker zones... MAKE WAY FOR CHAMPIONS... HOOORAY....

This is totally insane! 5 goals in one match! he should have gone to europe when he had the chance! if so, he'd be playing in the champions league or europa league now
