Kathmandu, NEPAL - Maldives national team coach has said that he is happy that Ali Suzain is here with the team to help them as the manager of the team.
Speaking at the press conference held at The Everest Hotel, Urbanyi said that Suzain has a good knowledge of football and he is happy with that.
"I am very happy that he is here. He was giving a lot of support."
"He has a good knowledge of the players and that is very important in a tournament like this"
Suzain came with the team as the manager when Ibrahim Amir resigned from the post just a day before the departure to Nepal.
Maldives lies in group B along with Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bhutan. Maldives will play their first match against Sri Lanka on Monday. The match will kick off at 1830 hrs (Maldives time: 1745).
