We are not favourites says Bangladesh coach

In the pre-match press conference Bangladesh coach Lodjewik De Kruif has said that they are not the favorites to win the tournament

“We are not in a hurry to win the championship, We are not favorites to win the tournament. Ofcourse we are here to win”

The Holland coach Lodjewik said that India, Nepal and Afghanistan are the favorites for the tournament and all other teams are outsiders

“India, Nepal or Afghanistan are favorites and I think other teams are outsiders”

“We had tough two months training and we improved a lot in the last two months. I am curious to see how my boys play and I am confident that my boys will perform well”

“As a coach we are very confident with the team. We are prepared for it. We will do our best”

Lodjewik expects pressure from the host Nepal and he believes that it’s going to be a fantastic experience for them

“Ofcourse the pressure is there but it’s not a problem. And it’s going to be a fantastic experience for them”

“It is an important match for both of us. We are ready for it physically and mentally”

Bangladesh player Sohail said that they will concentrate on the match when they are on the pitch.

“There will be no pressure, Whenever we are on the pitch we will be concentrating on the match”
