Nepal ready for Afghanistan – Stefanowski

Kathmandu, NEPAL - Nepal national team Coach Jack Stefanowski had said that they are fully prepared to take revenge over Afghanistan on today’s semifinal clash of the SAFF championship.

“It has been a good moment for us. To be honest it has been fantastic journey for us” goalnepal quoted saying by Stefanowski.

He added that they two more matches to become the winner and number one in SAFF.

He has faith on their supporters that the supporters will provide their great support.

“I am sure Nepalese football fans will provide their great support to the team which is very important”

Nepal had won three times out the five meetings while one match ended in a draw and the last encounter which was in the semifinal of the 2011 SAFF championship, Afghanistan beat Nepal by 1-0.

Nepal will face Afghanistan on the first semifinal of the eighth SAFF championship today 17:45hrs (Maldives time)
